We started raising money for the animal sanctuary, whose name we even didn’t have in mind last summer. But we found a perfect candidate last fall! In order to make more money so we can make a more sizeable donation to our favourite charity Dara Farm Sanctuary, we decided to continue the sales and opened an online fundraising store at veganverymuch.com/fundraiser. Please note, that the items at the shop have set prices. But you are more than welcome to add a little extra. Remember, it all goes to charity. Your contribution helps to feed and heal the many happy animals who are blessed to live at Dara sanctuary.

4th of June’s participation at the garage sale is our second community fundraiser! We had one during the snowiest day in 2021 – the 18th of December. The streets were pretty empty as we set up, our merchandise packed away to prevent damage. That week we received a donation from a lovely vegan family via NextDoor. The owner of the corner store Hidden Gemm came out to give us donations that a kind customer had left for our fundraiser sale. After freezing a little in the snow, several others who saw our posters came to support us by buying something or simply donating.

We hope it will be much better this time. The same place – by Hidden Gemm variety, just on the intersection of Broadview and Torrens Av. Donations are welcome and you can drop them off at the Hidden Gemm variety. We are offering in addition to what you can see on the website, lots and lots more: earrings, household items, make-up, personal hygiene products, etc., and of course some of our own non-baked food items.

Our Golden Triangle Garage Sale community fundraiser’s proceeds will go to Dara Farms Animal Sanctuary. As ethical vegans, we support the liberation of animals. We admire Dara Farms’s work in our province (Ontario). We will add 100% of the proceeds to the previous funds from the yard sale and our Vegan Very Much Fundraiser bakesale generated in the summer of 2021 when we launched our website!

How can I pay for my purchase?

Vegan Very Much only accepts e-Transfer payments. Once you place your order, you have until 11:59 pm on the day of the order to send us your payment and security answer to our email: info/at/veganverymuch.com

Orders will be confirmed once payment clears. We appreciate your donations even if you do not want to purchase anything!

Why do we accept only e-Transfers?

During our first week in business, we experienced a situation where a large order was not picked up, therefore we had to make an effort to sell it. Luckily, another customer was interested. But, imagine if it had been an even larger order? It would have been wasteful and stressful!

Not taking cash on delivery any longer, protects both you and us from such situations. And also gives us an option to deliver the items seamlessly.

Hence, please send us an e-Transfer when you make your order or to make a donation for our store fundraiser. Your order will be pending /on hold until a successful transfer of the payment to us via email info/at/veganverymuch.com

How can I receive my purchase?

We are offering a delivery in our neighbourhood. Though we want to deliver your purchase the same day of order, please allow us for a few days to deliver.

*We ONLY deliver to anywhere between Broadview, Danforth, O’Connor, and Donlands Avenue.

Please inquire in the notes section during checkout.

Pick-up is available near Broadview and Cosburn.
